DIY body lotion "Gentle care"

Create your own spa area for harmony and relaxation at home and make a lotion to soothe, nourish and moisturize the skin of your body. Homemade body lotion is one of the easiest DIY recipes. All you have to do is melt the oils and voila in a water bath! You already have a wonderful body lotion.

Mix:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup beeswax
  • 1/4 cup shea butter
  • 20 tablespoons of vitamin E
  • 20 drops of frankincense essential oil
  • 20 drops of St. John's wort essential oil
  • 20 drops of lavender essential oil

Mix the olive oil, coconut oil, wax and shea butter in a small glass bowl. Put the bowl in a saucepan with a little water and warm over medium heat. Stir to mix well. Store the bowl in a refrigerator for 1 hour or until the mixture hardens slightly. Beat the mixture with a mixer until fluffy and airy. Add vitamin E and essential oils and stir again. Pour the lotion into a lotion bottle or into a glass container.

Ointment for damaged skin

Make yourself a gentle homemade ointment for easier healing of wounds, scars, bruises and bruises. It can be applied at any time, it is suitable for frequent use.

Ingredients:

  • 6 s beeswax
  • 20 s Shea butter
  • 40 s Comfrey in sunflower oil
  • 40 s calendula oil
  • 15 drops of St. John's wort essential oil
  • 10 drops of lavender essential oil

Melt the beeswax and shea butter in a water bath, then add the other base oils and mix well. Remove the mixture from the heat and add the essential oils. Pour into a container of your choice.

Aroma blend "Anti stress and fatigue"

If you experience anxiety and anxiety, try this aroma composition. It has a calming effect in states of stress and depression, has a tonic and invigorating effect, has a beneficial effect on sleep and has relaxing properties.

Use a diffuser or aroma lamp and mix:

  • 2 drops of St. John's wort essential oil
  • 2 drops of bergamot essential oil
  • 2 drops of sweet orange essential oil

 

Regenerating and rejuvenating face oil

Use this anti-aging aroma composition to strengthen, nourish and restore facial skin, brighten it and give it a youthful look.

Mix:

  • 30 ml cold-pressed jojoba or rosehip oil
  • 2 drops of St. John's wort essential oil
  • 2 drops of immortelle essential oil
  • 2 drops of rose Damascena essential oil

 

Relaxing bath blend

Do you want to relax after a busy day's work? Try this homemade recipe for a relaxing bath with St. John's wort oil. It will help you get rid of fatigue and nervous tension, relax muscles and improve the condition of your skin.

Mix:

  • 1 cup Epsom salt
  • 3 drops of St. John's wort essential oil
  • 3 drops of lavender essential oil
  • 2 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil
  • 2 drops of frankincense essential oil
