Massage mixture for colds
Use the following mixture to relieve cold and flu symptoms. Apply with rubbing movements clockwise 3 to 4 times a day. Store the mixture in a closed, non-metallic container at room temperature and use within a few days.

Once homogenized, allow the mixture to cool slightly. Add the essential oils and stir. Pour the cream into non-metal cans or glass containers and let it tighten. Apply 2-3 times a day with a deep massage in the painful areas.
