Recipes essential oil scots pine




Massage mixture with Scots pine oil for colds

Use the following mixture to relieve cold and flu symptoms. Apply with rubbing movements clockwise 3 to 4 times a day. Store the mixture in a closed, non-metallic container at room temperature and use within a few days.

Mix:

  • 5 drops of Scots pine essential oil
  • 3 drops of peppermint essential oil
  • 3 drops of rosemary essential oil
  • 50 ml. almond oil

 

Aroma blend to sharpen focus

Mix the essential oils and use according to the instructions of the diffuser:

  • 2 drops of Scots pine essential oil
  • 2 drops of juniper essential oil
  • 2 drops of grapefruit essential oil
  • 2 drops of black pepper essential oil

 

And a combination with which you will feel a surge of fresh air in your lungs. Use in diffuser and enjoy:

  • 2 drops of green tangerine oil
  • 2 drops of Scots pine oil
  • 2 drops of peppermint oil

 

Cleaning spray with Scots pine oil

To keep your home clean and bacteria-free, mix 15 drops of Scots pine essential oil, 15 drops of orange essential oil, 200 ml of white vinegar and 200 ml of water in a spray bottle. Shake well to mix. Spray and clean contaminated surfaces. Ideal spray for a sparkling clean home in harmony with nature!

  • 15 drops of Scots pine essential oil
  • 15 drops of orange essential oil
  • 200 ml of water
  • 200 ml white vinegar
