An energizing blend with angelica essential oil

If you need positive energy and mood lifting, try the combination of orange, geranium and angelica essential oils in the aroma diffuser. This blend will bring a lot of energy and relieve fatigue and stress.

Mix:

  • 2 drops of angelica oil
  • 2 drops of orange oil
  • 3 drops of geranium oil

 

Massage oil for sore muscles

Add to a tablespoon of carrier oil (e.g. almond oil):

  • 2 drops of angelica essential oil
  • 2 drops of lavender essential oil

Mix well and massage the body to relieve muscle tension and joint pain.

 

Anti-cough blend

To maximize the benefits of essential oils, relieve coughs, and reduce chest pain, mix:

  • 5 drops lavender
  • 5 drops of angelica
  • 1 liter of hot water

Place the hot water and essential oils in a glass bowl. Mix well. Cover the head with a cotton towel and place the bowl in front of you. Inhale the essential oil vapors for 5 minutes, twice a day.

 

Soothing blend for insomnia

Inhale the positive, calming aroma of this blend and exhale negative emotions such as anxiety and worry. The aroma of this essential blend will help you feel more relaxed, calm and balance your nervous system and promote good sleep.

Mix and pour into a bath of warm water:

  • 5 drops of angelica essential oil
  • 5 drops of lavender essential oil
  • 5 drops of ylang ylang essential oil

 

Facial scrub

Try this homemade angelica oil face scrub:

  • 50 ml. sweet almond oil
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 10 drops of angelica essential oil

Mix angelica essential oil and sweet almond oil, then add sugar to them and you have a gentle and stimulating facial scrub ready to use. Mix well and store in a jar. Gently exfoliate the face in circular motions twice a week.
