Steam inhalation for healthy airways

If you want to use the power of hyssop essential oil to relieve breathing problems, you can do steam inhalation. Inhaling hyssop vapor is a simple and effective home remedy for respiratory problems. The combination of hot steam and hyssop oil can help relieve clogging, cleanse the airways, and promote easier breathing.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups water
  • 5 drops of hyssop essential oil

Boil the water in a large saucepan or kettle. Once the water boils, remove it from the heat. Add 5 drops of hyssop essential oil to the hot water. Put a towel on your head by placing your face over the container. Gently inhale the steam for about 5-10 minutes, taking slow, deep breaths. Close your eyes, relax and let the soothing vapors penetrate your respiratory system.

Mix:

  • 2 drops of hyssop oil
  • 2 drops of rosemary oil
  • 2 drops of grapefruit oil
  • 2 drops of peppermint oil

Here is an easy and all-natural recipe for making homemade mouthwash, which combines the properties of several natural ingredients and brings benefits for oral health, the fight against cavities and gingivitis:        

  • 5 drops of hyssop essential oil
  • 5 drops of tea tree essential oil
  • 5 drops of peppermint essential oil
  • 2 cups spring water
