  • 2 drops black pepper oil
  • 2 drops of lavender essential oil
  • 2 drops of valerian essential oil
  • 2 drops of melissa essential oil

  • 6 drops of black pepper essential oil
  • 4 drops of clove essential oil
  • 2 drops of bergamot essential oil
