Massage bliss blend with ylang-ylang

Create your blissful massage blend to de-stress with ylang-ylang easily at home. Massages are a great way to soothe overstrained muscles and agitated feelings. Ylang-ylang oil can provide relaxation, while it has also an uplifting effect.

Use a jar, add 3 drops of ylang-ylang oil, 2 drops of black pepper essential oil, 2 full tablespoons of rosehip or almond oil and massage into your back and shoulders.

  • 3 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil
  • 2 drops of black pepper essential oil
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut/jojoba oil
  • A glass jar

 

Ylang ylang bath blend

Indulge in a lush bath that will invigorate your senses and dissipate all stress. For a relaxing bath experience, put a few drops of ylang-ylang, sandalwood and mandarin essential oils into an Epsom salt bath. The perfect way to unwind and recharge after a long day.

  • 5 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil
  • 5 drops of sandalwood essential oil
  • 5 drops of mandarin essential oil
  • Epsom salt

 

Ylang ylang hair mask

To keep your hair looking healthy and lustrous, try this easy recipe with ylang-ylang oil. Blend 3 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil with 2 tablespoons of almond oil and mix well. Rub gently into your scalp and leave for 15 minutes before washing it out with shampoo. Apply twice a week.

  • 3 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil
  • 2 tablespoons of almond oil
  • A glass jar

 

Anxiety relief with ylang-ylang

Use aroma diffuser and blend:

  • 3 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil
  • 2 drops of frankincense essential oil
  • 1 drop of lavender essential oil
