Its aroma is delicate, but still long-lasting and intoxicating. It is believed that its main action is rejuvenating, as it activates the healing and regenerating processes in the skin. Its aroma is toning and refreshing.

Widely used in cosmetics, it helps to soften dry skin or soothe reddened and prone to irritation skin. Rose oil is believed to improve elasticity and have a beneficial effect on fine lines around the eyes.

To flavor the premises - add 4-5 drops to the aroma lamp

Lavender oil is the most popular essential oils. It is extracted by steam distillation from the flowers of lavender plants. The name of the plant comes from Latin and literally translated means "washing", "purifying". The ancients used lavender oil for bathing and hence the name lavender. With its fresh, warm and at the same time sharp aroma, the plant captivates you as soon as you smell it.

To flavor the premises - 3-5 drops of lavender oil for a room size of 15 square meters

Mint essential oil is familiar to most of the people. Almost everyone likes it. Its aroma is very intense and much more concentrated than most of the essential oils obtained after steam distillation.

In solutions with low concentration, it is has fresh, mint aroma and raises the tone. It is a favorite during Christmas and New Year holidays. But that doesn't stop it from being used for the rest of the year.

Mint essential oil contains menthol. It causes a feeling of coolness and the use of this oil (in small quantities) in a body spray or even in a diffuser can help you cool down. Menthol is also known to relieve tension and headaches, as well as muscle pain.

If mint oil seems a little more intense than necessary, you can try combining it with sage essential oil.

From an emotional point of view, peppermint oil is stimulating. It is good to include in combinations that aim to increase endurance and alertness. It is also considered an aphrodisiac.
