Applications

In a diffuser: 3 drops lavender, 2 drops Roman chamomile, 2 drops lemon balm, 30 minutes before sleep.
For massage: mix 2 drops of each with 25 ml carrier oil and massage the neck and shoulders.
For bath: 4 drops lavender, 3 drops lemon balm, 2 drops Roman chamomile with 1 tbsp carrier oil and 1 cup Epsom salt in warm water.
