We are very excited, happy, and grateful this year, because it gave us the chance to be part of one of the most important conferences for aromatherapy—Botanica 2020. We want to thank the organizers who invited us to participate and did such an excellent job with the organization even under pandemic conditions.
Botanica 2020 is a conference on clinical aromatherapy and herbal medicine; this year, due to the restrictions and measures related to COVID-19, it was held entirely online between September 18 and 20.
During Botanica 2020 we had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people and to learn a lot about essential oils, their health benefits, and new, interesting research. We exchanged experience with some of the best aromatherapists, researchers, herbal-medicine specialists, healthcare professionals, distillers, and essential-oil suppliers from around the world.
The themes of Botanica 2020 aligned with what we truly believe in and strive to achieve in our daily work—efficacy, safety, and sustainability.
Last but not least, we are very proud that Yonatan Middendorf—co-founder of Essences Bulgaria—was one of the speakers at Botanica 2020.
